Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Meltd.

About Us

Meltd is a small UK-based seller of 3D printed models. All models are printed individually to order. The business is operated by a young entrepreneur under full parental supervision and authority.

Placing an Order

By completing checkout you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund. An order is confirmed once you receive your confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery

We deliver to InPost parcel lockers across the UK only. You will receive a collection code by email from InPost once your parcel is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by InPost or incorrect postcode information provided at checkout.

Made to Order

All models are printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Meltd Me & Meltd Pet Figurines

Meltd Me and Meltd Pet are optional features that let you create a personalised 3D printed figurine from a photo of yourself or your pet. By using these features, you agree to the following:

Each account is entitled to one free AI-generated preview. Additional retakes are available as in-app purchases at £0.99 each, processed by Apple through the App Store. Retake purchases are non-refundable once the generation has been initiated.
The AI-generated preview is an approximation. The final printed figurine may differ in colour, texture, or detail from what is shown on screen.
You must only upload a photo of yourself (Meltd Me) or your own pet (Meltd Pet). By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to use it and that you consent to it being processed by AI to generate a 3D model.
Because each figurine is custom-made to your photo, figurine orders cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
